Communities to Careers (C2C) - UNM HSC OfDEI

Communities to Careers (C2C) is committed to growing New Mexico's diverse health care workforce in partnership with communities across New Mexico through a series of 12 health career pathway program models serving diverse K-20+ learners at more than 40 locations in 6 C2C Regional Hubs. Building upon our C2C curricular framework of identity development, cultural humility, academic excellence, community engagement and service-learning, we provide high-quality and engaging experiential education to raise awareness about the wide range of health career opportunities, and increase students' preparation for and attainment of each level of their health career education.
