Luis Hernandez Jr. is the External Affairs Coordinator at New Mexico Donor Services (NMDS), where he leads community engagement and outreach efforts to promote organ and tissue donation across New Mexico. In this role, he builds relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government officials, and community organizations, to raise awareness and encourage donor registrations.

With a strong background in public relations and advocacy, Luis has successfully developed initiatives that educate the public about the importance of donation while fostering meaningful partnerships that expand NMDS’s impact.
